Duval emailed me and said that he’s riding the Mike Nosco tribute ride this year. It is always on the anniversary when he died on the road.
His brother Jack Nosco has organized this ride for the past 8 years. All donations go to a few families in Conejo Valley that need the money for surgery, hospital etc…
The ride is on Thursday, November 3 this year and Duval (and maybe Chris) is going to ride it. It’s a tough route: 80 miles with 9k elevation.
You can donate min of $25 and still get support and a t-shirt. If you donate $100 you get a jersey.
Duval thinks it would be fun to do as a group ride. Since 11/3 is the first anniversary of my hip replacement surgery, I’m actually considering doing the ride.
Go on line and sign up. It will be painful for a bit but fun.
