For those of you that aren’t aware, or just don’t give a $£|¥!, The Vernal Equinox, better known as the Spring Equinox, actually occurs on March 20.

Here are a few things you should know:

1) there is no official first day of Spring;

2) you cannot balance an egg on its end on the day of the equinox;

3) sunrise and sunset are not 12 hours apart on that day;

4) The Spring Equinox is not always on March 20; and

5) Spring is not general warmer than Fall!
